Road America
What a spectacular race, Carl Edwards won the race but had a hard time holding off the master of all masters on road course racing, Jacques Villeneuve who was at his first race of the year for the #32 Braun racing team was simply amazing. As Paul Menard put it so clearly when talking to his crew chief on the incar radio "wow, now I know why Jacques Villeneuve is a World Champion, he's incredible." Paul Menard wasn't so shabby either, he was in the top 5 all day except for once during pit stops.
Carl Edwards won the race in the end and did so with skill and determination. Paul Menard took second place and Jacques Villeneuve fell to 25th after his car experience some engine problems with two laps to go. It was disappointing for Villeneuve but his fans were very content with his showing of aggressiveness and ability to out break and out drive most of the field sometimes taking his car three wide to out break and take over two positions in one corner.
